Ex Palomar Chef launches Foley’s and Foley’s Tasting Kitchen.

foley's restaurant
, a unique new restaurant brought by the former Sous Chef of the fantastic Palomar restaurant, will be opening in June serving up a diverse and affordable range of exciting Modern World dishes. Can’t wait that long? Well you’re in luck as they’ll be previewing a selection of the dishes in a pop up called Foley’s Tasting Kitchen located at Market Yard in Shepherd’s Bush from Feb 12th – March 20th.

On the menu, guests can expect dishes such as  ‘Cornflake Crusted Chicken with Pickled Wild Mushrooms, Corn, Endive and Chorizo’, ‘Sticky Beef Cheek, Daikon, Cucumber, Avocado, Poached Prawns, Crispy Shallots, ‘Cod with Coriander, Fennel, Lentil & Tamarind Broth, Crispy Chickpeas, Okra, Kale’, ‘Tator Tots with Scotch Bonnet Mayo’, ‘Pork Belly with Tamarind Barbecue, Green Papaya and Toasted Cashews and more.

Foley’s specially designed cocktail menu includes some exciting twists on world classics such as; ‘Basil Foley’s‘ – a strawberry and basil concoction mixed with Gran Marnier and Chambord, ‘The ‘Chestnut Old Fashioned‘ – an adventurous tipple – combining Curzan black strap rum with chestnut liqueur and bitters and for the gin lover, there’s the ‘Blood Orange Collins‘ – muddling Whitney Hill Gin with Solero and blood orange syrup.

Based on Chef Mitz’s culinary CV (I mean Palomar, come on) and the pictures of the dishes on their Facebook Page, this is one of our most anticipated openings to date!

Foley’s Tasting Kitchen opens from Feb 12th – March 20th in Shepherd’s Bush and the permanent Foley’s opens in June in Fitzorvia.
