REVIEW: Bunga Bunga opens BungaTINI in Covent Garden

How does wood-fired pizza, cured meats, pastas and Italian sweet treats sound? All in the heart of Covent Garden thanks to BungaTINI. The sister restaurant to Battersea’s infamous Bunga Bunga, your Italian-expectations will be met.

With a range of menus on offer, there is something for everyone – at any time of day too! The early birds amongst us will be able to enjoy Italian breakfast good such as the almond pasticceria, a pancetta cornetto or a ‘breakfast pizza’. For lunchtime dwellers, there will be a range of snacks and an apertitvo menu like the BungaTINI board which comes with finocchiona salami, pecorino, gnocco fritto and fennel sausage. To accompany these are classics from the all-day bar like negronis, bellinis, vermouths, Proseccos and more.

To finish off the Bunga Bunga party is the classic wood fired pizza, available in all the usual styles and cooked in a state-of-the-art Valoriani clay over.

So if you’re fed up of Christmas food already head down to Covent Garden now for the best Italy can offer.
