The Manhattan Club launches with Christmas in Harlem: a 1920’s pop-up restaurant

Get down to Brunswick Studios in Maida Vale this month for Christmas in Harlem, an exciting new speakeasy style restaurant running from November 23 to December 24, the first of a series of experimental pop-ups by The Manhattan Club.

Prepare to be whisked out of 21st century London and taken on a whirlwind trip back to the infamous era of illicit drinking and gambling dens, while enjoying an exciting gastronomic tour of 1920’s New York City.

Christmas in Harlem opens with a soft launch over two nights on November 18-19, when for only ¬£49 guests will be treated to a cocktail and canap√© reception before sitting down to a 1920’s feast created by Head Chef Adam Rawson, inspired by a menu served to President Calvin Coolidge at the Waldorf Astoria in 1924. After dinner guests will be wowed by a fabulous programme of entertainment – expect plenty of jazz, dancing, roulette, 1920’s dress-up and a photo booth; while being buoyed up by a steady supply of 1920’s moonshine.

Tickets for the soft launch can be purchased through the Design My Night website but are limited to two nights only, so don’t delay!
